#Mount and blade warband best enterprise mod
So here are the two things I would follow in the mod My eventual goal is to make M&B Bannerlord campaign system mimic Crusader Kings from Paradox studio. Although the diploymatic system is not finished, it has a good footing. Bannerlord already has a framework for a working economy: supply and demand. I belive war is resulted from failed economic and polictical policies and every action has consequences. I hope to use my spare time to create an M&B Bannerlord mod that are lore friendly and injected with my personal understanding of the world.
Since the release of M&B, I have grown from a teenage into a adult. M&B original module system was not very moddable compared to the new Bannerlord. Mount and Blade Warband was my favorite game and have been following M&B since 2007. If you lack money i would suggest buying and selling iron from Curaw as said above, also hunting down sea raiders is a good way to generate some wealth.most of the bigger groups wont run fast and they only have short ranged throwing axes and spears, so with plenty of archers or heavy cavalry they are easy to defeat with few losses."Reform" - Mount & Blade II Bannerlod Mod Design Principles. You can't buy land in the towns when you're at war with them and previous build enterprises in cities owned by the enemy wont yield anything aswell. I started upgrading and buying the most costly enterprise in all towns and currently have a income of 8000-10000 each week(that is minus the taxi inefficiency and the troop wages, so my income is around 15000-20000) and my treasury has now 250000 in reserve. My town has 500 troops and the 3 castles 150 each and my personal army has 105 men, together it costs me around 8000 each week. Building a ironforge for 2500 tend to give you around 400 each week. Like the city of Curaw, this one sells iron for 100ish or less, while you can sell it for 300 or more in the nearby other cities. Some cities will generate more income if you select a business that uses the trade-goods they normally sell. The third option from below is the most costly (weaver and dyer i believe), it costs 10000 to build, but has a revenue of 500-600 each week. The enterprises you can build there will give you enough money to cover everything. The one thing i really starting to dislike from the game is that the ai prio targets the human owned villages and castle's, but luckily my village is well protected as it is in between 2 major towns.īuy land in the cities. I can defeat their groups of 25+ without losses and get quite some good loot from them. The good thing about the Kingdom of Vaegirs is the sea raiders they have along the coast. I'm now saving up again to buy even more lands in the somewhat distance area's while expanding my castle and village. But even if that army gains levels i recon to keep a good positive balance. My castle has a army of about 70 veteran/elite troops and my personal army is almost maxed out on numbers but mostly footmen still. I just taken a castle from the Nords and was awarded ownership of it and now have a positive balance of 2000+ silver each payday. I joined the Kingdom of Vaegirs alot earlier then i did in my game with the Nords (about 20 days vs 150-200, dunno exactly anymore) and was awarded a rich/average village (instead of the poor one in the Nord game) and used much of the earned cash to buy lands in the big cities. I installed diplomacy mod with the tweakmb add, so was forced to start over. I am building a mill in the village, but the village jumps between poor and avarage prosperity and like a i said it most of the time doesn't pay it rents. From what i read u get a tax-inefficiency when owning more then 5 fiefs, but i only got 1 village and 1 castle atm. I should have started earlier by getting enterprises in the towns, but how can i get my income from villages and castles up again.

My expenses are about 700-ish for both the garrison and the personal army, so even thou the castle income dropped to a 900-ish, i was still gaining abit of money each payday.īut now the village most of the time doesn't cough up anything, even when they havn't been raided and i regularly go there to check if they need anything(most of the time they don't need anything) and the castle dropped to 700-ish, so i am unable to maintain even a small sized garrison and a full personal army. I placed a army of my best units in the castle(wich i read that it wasn't a good thing to do afterall) and started building up a personal army again. When i 1st gotten the castle i got aprox 3900 from the castle and about 700 from my village, wich easily covert all the expenses i had. I got a game where i'm vassal to the Nords and own the town of Mechlin and i captured Tribiut(or something like that) Castle and i was awarded with ownership of it.
